VGW was founded in 2010 with the mission of creating a virtual world with a focus on gaming and entertainment. We have 200 staff working for us in Perth, Sydney and the Philippines and we expect that number to increase significantly over the next 12 months, thanks to the success of our existing games and plans to launch more.
About The Role
We need a lifecycle marketing professional to join our Loyalty Marketing team and help deliver an onboarding experience that customers are going to love.
On a day to day basis, you can expect to be executing against the loyalty marketing strategy. You’ll be running AB and multivariate tests and presenting the results to the relevant stakeholders, and analysing and optimising campaigns. We want you to bring your own ideas to life – you’ll develop a consistent and engaging tone of voice and find new ways to engage customers.
Our customers are everything to us, so we’re looking for someone who understands customer lifecycle marketing and can create an epic experience for them from the start.
You’ll be creative but your ideas will be driven by data.
You will be a strategic thinker who is not afraid to get stuck in.
You will be curious, so you will challenge the norm and will do things differently.
You will have character and great communication skills.
We’re looking for someone who has:
– Experience in a marketing, loyalty or CRM role.
– An analytical mind and a “how can we make this better” approach
– Stakeholder management and presentation skills
– Enthusiasm and a passion for what they do
